Robert J. Notestine III - Corporate Counsel
Mr. Notestine started his real estate profession in 1980, selling and managing residental, investment and commercial real estate properties as well as managing brokage division. His duties included extensive involvement in the planning of residental and commercial development of real properties.
Upon completion of his law degree, Mr. Notestine engaged in private law practice with an empphasis for real estate. He has experice in zoning law, real estate development, state and local administrative law, commercial law, leases, landlord and tenant matters and contracts.
Mr. Notestine is also a recognized speaker and educator and has presented seminars and workshops at various colleges and universities and for professional groups throughout Tennessee.
Mr. Notestine is curently the City Attorney for Oak Hill, Tennessee and Nolensville, TN.

Judy Painter-Rose - President
Mrs. Painter-Rose holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University and Paralegal Certification as a Legal Assistant from Southeastern Paralegal Institute.
Mrs Painter-Rose started her Paralegal career in 1992 as a real estate searcher for a local title insurance company. Working in the real estate division for various law firms, Mrs. Painter-Rose gained an extensive amount of experience in real estate closings.
Recognizing the need for a title company and legal office in Nolensville, TN. that could offer one on one service to its clients, Mrs. Painter-Rose started Southern Land Title & Escrow February 2003.
